Opportunity: Selling
A window of opportunity is a short time period during which an otherwise unattainable opportunity exists. After the window of opportunity closes, the opportunity ceases to exist.

A salesperson must seek opportunity to close deals and to do that one must overcome objections, obstacles and other forms of resistance. It is essential that you perform a needs-assessment on each home you visit. Learn how to examine, in detail, the specific needs of the property, and uncover the value system of the owners.

This task is easier to achieve if the customer is someone similar to you, someone to whom you are able to relate and connect with on some level. Often, in my life this was not the case. I did not want to lose a sales opportunity to this obstacle. Therefore I formulated a solution to the problem. I overcame this obstacle.

It can be a daunting task to engage a customer through a sales process if the customer is someone who challenges you, or with whom you differ. You too can overcome these obstacles. Learning to be present and learning to utilize all your skills effectively is essential in this battle.

Face to face consulting and presenting provide multiple sales opportunities for ALL people in any given situation.

This is a system that I have personally used in my prosperous sales career as a company owner and sales manager. My stories provide data that supports a mindset which enables a salesperson to learn to step beyond their “selling comfort zone”. Salespeople quickly learn to transfer and apply what they learn in order to become more successful in sales in any given sales situation within any sales group.

Of course attitude and training remain key elements to your success. Methodologies will be introduced that allow you to navigate outside your sales comfort zone. When properly applied, these methodologies will change your outlook, and more importantly help you close more deals and increase your sales profit.

Remember, there will always be people in your market who need the products or services you sell. However, it's up to you to find them. This often means going outside your regular customer base. The supporting techniques I have created provide you with new knowledge and confidence coupled with a proven selling system that will ensure your customers buy from you.

Those who know me , know I gave thanks to my God for his blessing flow forever , I am happy to announce that my trip to the International Builder Show in Vegas was a huge complete success that only God in heaven can do on my behalf. That being said, I landed 4 majors deals with four major corporations in America and Canada. These deals will put Grant Winstead Associates at the fore front. I can not disclose the financial agreements and who the companies are due do to confidentially rules at this point. Needless to say they are fortune 500 companies. This will set up the the Winstead family for generations to come. God can do in one day , what you try to do in a lifetime. I thank my daughter Jade for making this happen for me. I love you sweetie.
