Talk about potential! With an expected almost 260 million social network users in the US by 2023, make sure your social channels are resonating. It also might be time to explore a new platform! You're seeing this on Facebook so ✅ that off the list. Are you on Instagram? LinkedIn? Twitter? Pinterest? Snapchat? TikTok? Reddit? Make sure your brand strategy is aligned with the platforms you're on and remember - social media is not one size fits all. You don't have to be on every platform, just the right ones.

This month's team feature is the newest Red Thinker, Amy Minemier! She may be the freshest face but she fits in like she's been here forever. This New Yorker brings dedication, enthusiasm, and a fresh perspective to each of her clients' projects and we're lucky to have her on the team!

When she's not bringing creative solutions to Red Thinking, she's out exploring nature with her dog, Shay (yes, we've laughed at that too), and practicing yoga, meditation, and astrology. She even has her second level of proficiency in Reiki!

While we couldn't get together in person this year (thanks, COVID), we made the best of it at our Holiday Happy Hour last night! We held our Secret Santa exchange, drank specialty cocktails, and told stories like we were all in the same room. From chicken nuggets to a parking garage saga, it was definitely a celebration of what was a very unexpected year. Thank you to all of our clients, friends, and families for being part of it with us!

As we all know, 2020 has most definitely been a year of uncertainty, so when we started our partnership with Blushington, helping them feel more stable was crucial, especially as so many brick and mortar stores like theirs were closing. We supported them as they pivoted their business to a more virtual space, designing a brand new Shopify website that included their new geo-searchable database of Blushington certified makeup artists. We also worked with them to evolve their brand and color palette. We highly recommend checking them out.
