We hold several valuable contract vehicles and an award-winning track record. We are registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) and have all the certifications and representations updated on these registrant databases for the U.S. Federal Government. IEA offers a commitment to performance coupled with a proven record of exceptional client delivery on more than 750 relevant TOs in the past 5 years. The IEA approach is to establish client partnerships and apply a comprehensive systematic process to identifying, attracting, developing, placing, and retaining the highest caliber talent, nationwide. IEA has an outstanding past performance record in client satisfaction, quality, talent delivery, and cost and schedule performance. In addition, we have greater than 90 percent employee retention rate. We accredit this to providing a stable and supportive work environment that promotes individual excellence and success, thus creating a positive and rewarding career path for our employees. Low staffing turnover equates to more stable support and lower program risk. To attract and retain the best national talent available, we aspire to a philosophy of being an employer of choice in our corporate values, code of conduct, ethical business practices, above-market compensation and benefits, advancement opportunities, and positive treatment of candidates, contractors, subcontractors, and employees. We use a systematic process to identify, attract, ramp-up, and deliver the best national talent available in the most efficient and cost effective manner. Proven Capabilities By nature, the background color on any block element will only show for the length of the content. This means if you’re using a background color or border to create the look of a side column, it won’t extend all the way to the footer but will stop when the content ends. If the .content block will always contain more content, you can place a border on the .content block to divide it from the column.
