We are a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that specializes in program management, IT and Technical support services, and professional staffing. Founded in 1999, IEA has developed substantially since our inception. The U.S. Army selected IEA as the “Featured SDVOSB” for August 2008, and we have received quality awards for the Technical/Program Management Support provided on programs critical to national security. We hold several valuable contract vehicles and an award-winning track record. We are registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) and have all the certifications and representations updated on these registrant databases for the U.S. Federal Government. Technical and Professional Services IEA maintains a resume database of over 10,000 names for the rapid staffing of qualified personnel in a wide variety of technical disciplines. We have strategic partnership agreements with industry leading human capital service companies that provide us with nationwide talent reach. We comply with EEO standards and provide background checks for all candidates. We offer proven onboarding processes and tools and a first-rate retention plan. Our unique hiring model and proven Federal staffing experience enable us to supply superior resources in response to specific client needs. Proven Capabilities By nature, the background color on any block element will only show for the length of the content. Proven Performance Department of State (DoS) Professional, Technical and Administrative Support Services (PTAPSS) – IEA is one of nine small business contractors awarded a prime contract to provide professional, technical, administrative and program support services to the DoS. This is a task order-driven IDIQ to provide mission critical staffing support to all of the Bureaus and offices within the DoS to ensure program missions and objectives are achieved. IEA is required to staff positions through the transition of incumbent staff or with newly-recruited and thoroughly-screened qualified candidates upon task order award. IEA has successfully transitioned 25+ personnel and manages two subcontracts. IEA provides monthly status reports, program budgets, program schedules, and deliverables, and coordinates meetings, logistics, travel, and Other Direct Costs (ODCs). IEA advises DoS COTR of on-going work, personnel status, manpower forecast, and work in-progress reports. IEA provides a Program Manager to ensure adequate oversight of contractor personnel. The Program Manager is available to handle any issues that come up, including but not limited to: personnel issues, contractual issues, reporting issues, and invoicing issues. IEA also prepares and delivers to the CO a monthly Status Report listing all of our Task Orders (active and closed) and the cumulative totals inclusive of hours and dollars. On this contract, IEA provides overall program management, subcontractor management, customer interface, purchase of other direct costs material, administrative support, technical expertise, and contract management.[second past performance] –
