Hi
A friend bought me one of your shovels and my son was shoveling the steps and it broke... When I showed him the label he said it didn't last 6 minutes lol
I bought one of their expandable hoses July 2018, used it a half dozen times and stored it in the basement for the winter. When I took it out this June and hooked it up it had quite a good sized leak so I e-mail them to let them know. I was quite sure I would not get a replacement but I just wanted them to know what happened. I never got a reply from them, not even an "we are sorry". Their hoses are garbage and I will never buy anything made by them again, I would encourage anyone who reads this to boycott all their products. See what happens when you do not respond to an e-mail that nobody else can see, now everyone who reads this knows (not that this company cares).

2018 Garden underway.
Use dress makers chalk and old cutting mat to make planting diagram for quick clean looking planting of city pickers. Bonus is the black flies cant eat you indoors and you can have them ready for next season. When you're ready to plant pop the cover on, drop seed in and water.
EMSCO Group, I have been trying to buy a box of your shovels for my office and can not seem to find a way to do it. Any way you can direct me, or do you not sell to the public?
I am looking for this:

Greetings from a former employee who lives in Winchester Virginia now :-)
Hi there, do you have any European distributors or retailers for your snow products; the Expedition Sled in particular? Thanks.
Would it be possible to purchase replacement bottom section of the "EMSCO Easy Picker Raised Bed Grow Box – With 30" Stand, 4 Casters, and Supply Storage Grate – Self-Watering"? I bought three from Amazon and two of them were damaged in shipping. Not the whole thing, just the corners of the bottom section. Do you sell those individually as replacements? Thank you!
I purchased 5 City Pickers from Home Depot out of the same display box. All had same pictures, sku, etc. The first 4 all had the nice fabric cover with drawstring as pictured. Imagine my surprise when I opened the last one and it had a garbage bag and a rubber band for the cover. I feel like I was ripped off. It won't stay on. How is the soil going to breath and not mold, allow rain to penetrate which plants love more than municipal water. No where in directions did it state item may be different than shown. I also paid the same price for an inferior product. Just another business out to save a buck by screwing the consumer I guess. If all of them would have had a garbage bag cover I would have returned them for the Earthbox.
I'm not one to usually post a testimonial for a product but I had to write you folks to give due praise to your city pickers patio garden. I live in a not so great neighborhood and was worried about having a garden with easy access. I tried growing some vegetables in pots on my front porch which were stolen (pots and all) by someone who thought they need my chili pepper and asparagus more than I did (good luck cuz asparagus takes 2 yrs to mature lol). I bought a Ring doorbell and two of your city pickers May 27th. I love the ease of care, the simple watering, and the results. No one really knows what I've got growing so no threat of thieves. I didn't use the plastic sheeting because my plants had grown large enough to not need it. But, they have grown like crazy and in less than a month I have tomatoes and bell peppers! The Super Sweet 100 plants have grown a foot, mini red bell pepper plants at least 6 inches taller, and husky cherry tomato plant is 6 inches taller. I've posted some pictures for you. Thanks so much for this product. I'll be getting my mom one next week to transplant her bell pepper plants into and get them out of the containers they're in.
Where can i get new plastic and parts for my city pickers?
