Touch-Stone Solutions is a not-for-profit human service agency operating in Northwestern PA. We offer programs that are multi-cultural, multi-generational and multi-dimensional while ensuring that our services are always client-centered, family-oriented, community based and holistic in nature.
We stand firmly on the premise that individuals, even those with disabilities, have the right to informed choices. We believe in and follow the concepts of positive approaches, always recognizing each client as an individual with hopes, dreams, abilities and feelings. Our ultimate goal is to empower every individual to take advantage of the opportunities available to them; opportunities to live as independently as possible, experience their community, make use of its resources and become an active participant in the community in which they live.
Touch-Stone Solutions believes that all individuals with Developmental Disabilities should have the opportunity to be assimilated into their respective communities without being stereotyped or stigmatized because of their disability. We continuously strives to review and expand upon the innovative services and supports we employ, focusing on those things that are most successful. We envision collaboration with other service organizations and community resources to better benefit those we serve and to mutually address the demands of an ever-changing and more difficult "System."
Touch-Stone Solutions advocates for those with Developmental Disabilities and supports their caregivers as they navigate their way through available community resources.
